Students read the book of their choice together and at home. Students are then invited to bring their thoughts about the book and collaborate ideas to have discussions on the novel after its completion. This is an opportunity for students to develop their literacy and social skills. It is particularly important for students to read for pleasure in the lead up to their leaving Cert. Students are invited to bring in baked goods to share with their peers during this time.
When: Every second Monday in the library resource room, during lunch time.
